Lets hear what you guys think!

I believe that its 3 team race this year between ND,WF, and.....Davie

ND returns the best QB (Butts) in the conf along with a cast of reliable targets. Dalton is also a special player

WF is D1 loaded but can they make the push this year? Defensively could be very dangerous (Henry,Caldwell)

Davie is an under the radar team that has a very good QB/WR combo in Reynolds/Walls

Reagan will be down but dont count out Coach Mcgee he has done more with less for his career

Parkland could surprise some folks this year. D1 Talent at RB and WR (Dean,Young)

Reynolds is a program that I feel has something to prove, tons of talent that has trouble producing wins

Mt Tabor has the talent to compete but has struggled in recent memory, they need to win this year

Behold the farewell tour for North Davidson, unless I'm mistaken. With the new Oak Grove High being scheduled to be ready for the 2017-18 school year, North will have one final 4A season before dropping down to 2A.

We will be good on offense in all likelihood, for the reasons you listed above. I'm more concerned about the defense, not sure what we're bringing back.

West Forsyth always has all this talent, but doesn't always cash in. It'll probably come down to another showdown between the Titans and Black Knights.

Reagan has improved so much, it's hard to imagine them tailing off much. McGee is a great offensive coach, when Reagan gets a D they will be truly scary.

Davie... come on boys, it's time to make a comeback to the top of the CPC and make the War Eagles vs. Black Knights game the big one. Orange and White vs. Orange and Black... it gets no better for a rivalry. The fact we're the outsiders of Winston-Salem/Forsyth makes it even bigger.

Tabor, no idea. Always have talent, but have languished over the past few years.

Parkland and RJR fight it out for last again. Show us something, guys.

Ok, it's good to be back, I have missed those Friday night lights! Can't wait.

I am not qualified to offer in depth analysis on anyone outside ND. Agree with earlier post, will miss 4A football and the CPC.

My thoughts on North...

-offense capable of 50 PTs/game non conference, 38+/game in conference. O will be one of the best in all of 4A.
-defense may not be elite, but better than we will get credit for. May even surprise a few people.
-special teams = Could be a record setting year.
-hard to replace McCoy, but a bunch of ATH that will give it a try. Multiple guys with speed.
-good overall depth, but still vulnerable to injury (QB, Dalton, etc) like a lot of teams.
-good team speed, not real big for 4A.
-extremely well coached. Boys have been working hard.
-VERY capable of playing into December

Winning CPC and getting favorable draw with new playoff system are important as ever. Tough conference. Predict ND 1, WF 2, Tabor Or Reagan 3. Parkland = most improved. Overall, conf even more competitive than last year.....
