It says you can watch it on demand with a "free" membership.

Not sure, but I think it's one of those deals where you get a free membership but if you don't cancel after a certain number of days, you will be charged monthly.

Also, I believe there is an option to purchase a DVD for $25.

You can sign up for NFHS and watch all of the NC State Championship games on demand. After a month you can cancel your subscription. It's $9.95/mo.
