@GrizzlyDevil if Northeastern wins their three remaining games against 1-6 Manteo (H), 5-2 Currituck County (A), 2-5 Pasquotank County (A) and Wrh were to beat East Duplin would that open the door for Northeastern to be the #1 seed in the East?

The reason I ask is because that would seem like one hell of a home field advantage. Every club forced to make the trek to Elizabeth City instead of y’all having to bus down here.

Yes, it was either 2018 or 19 I can’t remember but we beat SWO when they had Derrick Green. The game was played in Elizabeth City

Yes sir it’s the one where the Swo crowd tried to get us removed by the deputies. Fortunately for us there were a few honest Swo fans there that stood up for us. Also a fellow poster on these threads from Bertie (flyfalconfly) helped us out.

Lol 😂 I knew you were going to chime in. You and John both know that I don’t want Northeastern to have the 1 seed. We are road warriors and seem to play better away from Elizabeth City.

Well I can’t speak for others in our area but I can promise you that I’m hoping for another shot at the Dogs in the playoffs. That’s not taking a swipe at them either because I know they are well coached and dangerous. I only say this because they sent us packing last year in a game that we were missing our rb Tyselle Spencer. That kid is having a monster year this year and I’m really happy for him.
