What's your take on being in 2A next realignment 91?

Honestly, it sucks in my opinion. We all know why enrollment at EM is inflated and I don't see that ever changing. We will have to take the hand we are dealt and that's all we can do. The numbers are better than in the past for kids playing football but good enough for 2A? I'm definently skeptical. Good enough for soccer? Without a doubt. Problem is I'm not interested in soccer. It is what it is and we will just have to see how it plays out.

We all know that each school has plenty of people that are dedicated with their time and efforts to make their respective school the best it can be. It's harder to give your time than it is to give your money and that's a fact. I understand what your saying, it's kind of like when BD says we are good at taking handouts. And I'm like crap did I miss something because I can't remember ever getting a handout. But anyway buzzard the bottom line is, money helps but hard work makes the difference. Both schools have a lot of hard workers.

I agree and was the first to say EM was better and would finish 2nd in the YVC. I saw them in the 7on7 that EM hosted and when I left I told everybody that would listen that EM was the real deal this year! Just like our guys, it came from hard work and dedication! Not from money! Good Luck to the Eagles this week! I hope they can beat East Surry and we can beat Walkertown! Another matchup would be awesome!!

I think I know this as much, if not more, than anybody! I've watched my son come home everyday beat up and bruised from practice for the last 4 1/2 years! That's why I get so fired up about the "money" comments! It takes away from the fact that these guys are abusing their young bodies for the love of the game!
