Charlotte Kickoff Classic has 2 big time matchup on 8/18/18

The NC powerhouse programs of Butler and Scotland County will meet up at Memorial Stadium.

Also, Tommy Knotts will return to Charlotte with his Dutch Fork HS (SC) team to take on Mallard Creek in a nationally big-time game.

I understand where you’re coming from....Hoover High School in Alabama, IMG, and Saint Thomas Aquinas FL all refuse to schedule Middle Creek. None of them want to take the L. Anyway, I am going to pick Dutch Fork to beat Mallard Creek ONLY because my nickname in High School was DF. I can still remember my Dad yelling for me when I was outside. “Hey DF, get your buns home now!!!”

Scots all but a brand new team next year
with all the departing players and a small
Jr class being next seasons seniors. Questions
all over the place. Hopefully a good crop of transfers and county additions will lend a hand, Always looking forward to another season, but the next 6 months are needed definitely to prepare.

Will be there for this one! Two awesome games. I do like that they're making it a 2 game day instead of 3. Those games are usually brutally hot so makes sense to do less games.

I really like Scotland County trying to schedule top tier Meck. County teams, it helps prepare them for the playoffs. Kudos to Coach Bailey for not ducking anyone. Also kudos to MC for finally getting the matchup we all want, Dutch Fork. Should be a good one! Can it be August yet?

If I was PDS I would, they have a couple 5 star studs along with some really great role players. Vance has talent too, would be a great matchup I think.
