Coach Richardson is the best in the game. When you lose him, Brand, and Ferb in a 5 year span, youāre definitely going to see your program take a significant step back.
Coach Richardson brain's got more strategy than a kid playing tic-tac-toe on a cat! With Brand and Ferb by his side, theyāre cooking up wins like grandmaās famous fried chicken at a tailgate! They built a winning vibe so solid, even the Carolina Panthers fans canāt complain! This trio's got the magic sauce for success! š
He wasnāt mentioned by name, but once I saw the responses to my suggestion, it clicked. He wasnāt in the position for long, which made sense why I forgot he was the AD.

I donāt see Lash nor Littlejohn is coming back imo I think lash is happy at Smith bc thatās his neck of the woods ; Littlejohn I think it has to be the right program for him to jump to be a HC as I think he pretty happy as OC.
One is adored by every kid that knows him on IBM Drive because of what he poured into them the two years he was there. Iāve seen that man on his worse days and the energy was nothing but love and positivity to every kid he came into contact with. He will 100% never be on the sidelines coaching for Chambers.
The other applicant would be flagged by HR and immediately withdrawn from consideration if weāre being honest. Iām not talking down on him but keeping it a buck.
Travares Hicks, JCās principal, is one of the last real ones who cares about the kids and he loves Chambers and Chambersā Athletics. They wonāt just have anyone taking over this program.
Littlejohn's experience at Chambers, almost made him quit coaching. No way he would go back.
He is the son of a legend, and coaching is in his blood. His father is a Charlotte hero, and JCSU grad. Littlejohn fits at WC as most of the people in his neighborhood growing up were WC grads including his sister. When you have that type of positive energy you win wherever you go because you are a difference maker and he genuinely loves players/students.

He played college football at South Carolina with Chambersā principal. Wasnāt expecting him but definitely not surprised.
Brandon Wiggins stepped down as Chambersā Dean of Students and is now an Assistant Principal at Dudley. Big time for him and his family.
