Never attempted this before but without counting the conference tournaments and what if's (someone below #2 wins the tournament they displace the #2 team and bump everyone else down one spot) I thought I would give it a shot.

Based on 23 games, drop 1 non-conference loss, 24 games drop 2 non-conference losses.

Non-football schools playing games before Nov. 18th, wins or losses do not count toward their record for the play-offs.

Only using what is posted on MaxPreps, if there was a tie I flipped a coin to break the tie.

There are two 1A/2A split conferences, I think they only receive two (#1 & #2) automatic bids, that is why there are less #3's than 1's and 2's.

If you know of any corrections to records, have any other information or want to post your own projections please go right ahead.

The 1A team that finishes the highest in a split 1A/2A conference receives the #1 seed. The only way another 1A team in a split conference could get a #2 or #3 is if they finish #2 or #3 overall in the conference. That is per the NCHSAA handbook.

Now that the projections are out, what are your thoughts on how the East might play out? Who makes it to Fayetteville?
