What kind of teams did he have at Bandys??

I have been told that by some friends in that area that Bandy’s just didn’t have that much talent so his teams stayed around .500. He will have a good amount of talent at East Surry for years to come.

They need to work on assignment football on defense and offensively they seem to be running a system that matches their personnel. This late in the game I think it would be best to hire someone who runs a similar system. Maybe someone from Foard, Saint Stephens, Alexander Central, or South Caldwell who run similar offenses and defenses. They just don't have the kids to put the ball in the air 20+ times but they do have the capability of running the ball consistently and using option or some of the run-pass-options in their scheme. Anyone from those schools who fits the bill?
