Maiden's roster included players who had played for Bandys HS. Those players needed release forms from Lincoln County Post 455 in order to play for Maiden but Maiden never requested the release forms from Bruce Bolick, the Lincoln Post 455 coach. Coach Bolick has now received the forms from Maiden and granted all the release requests.
