teams may have less travel in first round of playoffs. , southern division teams could play southern division teams , or northern division teams could play northern division teams. playing each other one time teams could be seeded 1-13 , head to head would be only tiebreaker needed, unless there are more 2 teams tied

Randolph wins the flip for #1 seed

rowan will have to win area 3 to go the state tournament, because high point lost the coin flip and are in high points bracket kannapolis is not in high points bracket and will only need to play high point in the area finals. coin flip may have effected who goes to the state tournament besides high point.
