A rules reminder for coaches!

There are a couple of changes for player equipment this season.

#1, the a four-snap chin strap is now required. I haven't seen a two-snap in quite sometime but they are illegal now.

#2, clear and white mouth pieces are no longer legal. The mouth piece MUST be colored.

#3, and please don't forget that visors must be 100% clear.

Why can't there be any tint on the visors?

Helmets can't always be removed when a kid takes a shot to the head. Visors have to be 100% clear so that the referee and trainers can look into a player's eyes to determine if he's conscious or not.
