8 Man Football?

Coming from NJ to eastern NC was a culture shock to say the least. With that being said, I saw that Arendell Parrott Academy won the 8 man title. They have been in 6 out of the last 7 title games. I thought they must have a great program, but after doing a little research on them via Maxpreps, they seem to have at least 30 players on their roster every year, and play teams with as little as 13. Why do they not move up to the 11 man private school league in easternish nc with teams like, Ravenscroft (31 players) Trinity (26)? Seems they are doing their kids a disservice since they can only play 8. In NJ, you move up classifications when you have certain levels of players in private schools.
