I agree mbdfan but I will cut Murphy some slack tonight. I saw at least three penalties that should have been called on Rosman (committed right in front of an official) but were not. Two were horse collars and one was a late hit. It just seems to me like the officials watch Murphy just a little bit closer than their opponents most of the time. Can't do anything about it though. It is what it is and I doubt it will change this season.CSOD by 14 (looks like winner of R-ville/Murphy will have a tough game ahead)
not going to pick a winner but if Murphy has another game with 10+ penalities for 100+ yards (like tonight) against Robbinsville, they will lose by multiple scores
don't they bring in officials from other areas starting with th 3rd round? if so, gives me a little hopeI agree mbdfan but I will cut Murphy some slack tonight. as for the game, Murphy will have to play near mistake free to have a chance imho. also wouldn't hurt to give #42 a few more touches next week.
I thought officials were brought in from other areas for all playoff games so I'm not sure. But you're right about next week. Murphy will have to play perfect because you know Robbinsville will. It seems like they make mistakes against everyone but Murphy lol. I'm just happy to see another big game the day after Thanksgiving, win or lose. It's a long time until August.don't they bring in officials from other areas starting with th 3rd round? if so, gives me a little hope

I wasn't good at TJ Friday night at all. Thank goodness all it did was drag the game out, not change the outcome.Whoever has to travel to CSOD will be glad to hear that the officiating was the best I've seen in YEARs. Wasn't even a issue. Sure, they were a few missed calls. Very few, but it was so nice to not have a flag feast like we are accustomed to in the SMC. They were no mysterious penalties thrown just to kill a drive, if you all know what I Mean
