    Too early to tell. FCS has a ton of talent coming back. So much of your question can only be answered with waiting to see which schools continue their pattern of accepting and re-classing kids from our government schools.

    An ejected coach (any sport) recieves a suspension (unsure if it is a one or two game length suspension) and the school is fined $150. Most schools require the ejected coach to pay.
