    Congrats to Brogan Hill for furthering his football career at the Naval Academy. Service academies are very difficult to get into. He will definitely be missed at East Davidson for many years to come. Just goes to show you that hard work does pay off folks.

    Congrats to Coach Keaton Hawks and the Eagle9 on a great season! We finished the season 20-5 overall, 11-1 in the conference. We lost at Randleman last night 7-4 but it was a very competitive game. The future looks bright for the Eagle9 folks 👍!!!

    Congrats to East Davidson for winning the CCC Tournament Championship Wednesday night! Down 3-2 in the bottom of the seventh, they scored twice and won it 4-3! Hopefully they will get a home game to start the state playoffs next week.

    Still trying to figure out what attention to detail in a hardware store has to do with coaching football. I'll give it one year. The thing that East better be worried about is attendance in the stands come fall. It is my understanding that football is the largest money maker for high school.

    I think it is going to be very difficult for the new coach to put together a coaching staff. I see Coach McClamrock moving on as well as some other assistants who do not support this decision as well.

    Same here. Politics at its best. Somebody needs to tell the principal that you don't hire someone just because they play Madden on game system and can draw up plays in the sand. Like I stated before Coach McClamrock should be the coach at East Davidson. His qualifications are more than well...
