    Backstrap on the grill and cook it to a rare/med rare is amazingly good. But it’s hard to beat a fried piece of cube steak (fried in beacon grease) with gravy made from the left over grease.. I agree most folks over cook deer meat. Now about my season… it was not very good on the gamelands...
