You should be. The west has won the last how many championships for 3A? The West doesn’t worry about the East much at all for 3A or 4A.

I think many given frigid temps and distance stayed home. Our crowds at home first two rounds were awful by CC standards too.
However, agree with above that the stadium can swallow up a decent crowd. No band due to Thanksgiving break.
I thought it was a bigger crowd than what we brought two years ago.

The Winston Salem Schools are 3-1 vs Mooresville for the past 2 years. And all Mooresville do is play the blame game on the Refs when they lose just like the Reagan game earlier this season and the same vs MT Tabor from a year ago. Cry babys. How about that personal foul in the 3rd quarter when a Mooresville player threw a EF player out of bounds? The refs didn't throw flag on that. And that last drive? I believe the refs gave Mooresville a break to score on that last drive. Just man up and admit that Mooresville lost to a team that was just a little bit better. Both teams had their share of fumbles. Great game played last night.

While I am not disparaging Corvian’s effort, especially in the second half, I believe just looking at the game, ER was ahead in total yards as well as more trips into the red zone. First half scores were gifts from ER. Second half Corvian earned both. ER DID NOT win on the scoreboard however and that’s the only thing that really matters.

I was pretty close… neither were down. Games do go different when you don’t turn the ball over. Has to be a focus. Thanks for the good luck wishes. We shall see.

This is the one team I gave EF the most chance against that's left. I wasn't too impressed with them against WF earlier in season. Weddington has some size but I wasn't that impressed with them athletically on defense. I'm sure they've improved but I think EF can score on them. Problems will come defensively vs Weddington. We'll see. Hough is the only juggernaut I see left 4A West it seems.
