Congratulations to John Ralls as Ledford High named their gym in his honor last night. His resume is very impressive with winning 4 2A women’s basketball state championships, 1 2A runner up and at one point had a 10 year streak of making the regionals. Ledford made the playoffs 26 of the 28 years he coached. He stepped down from coaching LHS women’s basketball in 2013.
He also won 3 2A softball state championships and 3 state championships in both women’s (3A) and men’s golf (2A). He also had a few state runner ups.
Very classy guy and deserves the recognition.
