Dead period

Can someone in the know tell me if this past week was a dead period and if it was when did it end to let teams start back practice. Thanks

Yes it was was dead period. I think teams can start practicing this week but for sure on Saturday Aug 1st.

Regular workouts can resume on Monday. Official practice begins on Saturday.

Thanks for info. I was under the impression that the entire week was dead for workouts until Monday. Just making sure I understood the rule.

Last week is a dead period unless you are attending an off Campus team camp at a University. That is permissible during this period.
